Julio Antonio Blasco

Julio Antonio Blasco graduated in Fine Arts. He has been working as an illustrator and graphic designer for more than 15 years. His work moves between illustration, painting, and collage. He has published more than 20 books translated to many languages.

His work travels between illustration, painting, collage, design and even sculpture, made from small waste objects. In short, a coming and going between different fields of creativity to shape images resulting from the mixture of various disciplines: a collage of techniques, materials, proposals and methods.

He has illustrated for children and adults, and has worked in graphic design, exhibition design, audiovisual, advertising, for foundations, museums and wineries… He has given talks at congresses, taught workshops at design schools and in different spaces. In addition, as he has plenty of time, he works as a cultural manager and bookseller in the bookstore-gallery specialized in illustration Estudio 64.
